Forth Valley groups receive lottery funding
Several local groups have been given funding, in the latest series of National Lottery grants.
The Blue Sky Autism Project in Bridge of Allan were awarded £10,000 to help them develop an online training course for parents or carers of young children.
The same figure was also handed to Camelon Juniors Football Club, who’ll use the money to make their ground more accessible for disabled people.
Fintry Community Council and Port of Menteith Primary School were also among the Forth Valley recipients.
A National Lottery Awards for All spokesperson said: “This is National Lottery money making a real impact in communities across Scotland. The 94 groups receiving funding today showcases the range of projects that can be funded through this programme and the difference that the smallest amounts of money can make.”
