Stirling kids "dig up" local heritage
School kids in Stirling are being given the chance to dig up their local heritage as part of a new community project.
Ahead of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, the council's creating a commemorative tree garden at the Battle of Stirling Bridge site.
Before the trees are planted though, kids from Riverside and St Ninan's Primary Schools were asked to take part in an archeological dig - more of which are planned.
