Stirling's bumblebee conservation trust reaches competition final

The trust is based at Stirling University

Mon Jul 26 2010 - 15:12

Stirling's bumblebee conservation trust has reached the final stage of the National Lottery Awards.

The project, which is based at Stirling University, will battle it out with 2 other projects in the best Enviroment Project category.
All the projects have already received funding and the awards look to recognise how they have put that money to use.

The bumblee conservation trust was set up in 2006 and raises awareness of the decline of bumblebees and the affect it will have on the countryside.
