A motion of no confidence in Stirling Council has been called.
The SNP group have called a special Council meeting for next week.
They're unhappy at what they call the "financial mismanagement" of Stirling Council.
The SNP members are urging Stirling Council's administration to publish audited accounts.
SNP Group Leader Susan McGill says;
'Labour’s long, slow political decline is costing Stirling dearly. We are at a tipping point when something MUST be done.'
SNP Finance Spokesperson Councillor Gerry McLaughlan says;
'Political failure and financial chaos are rife under Stirling Labour. Change is desperately needed and our no-confidence motion seeks to stop the rot. Stirling's communities deserve better'.
Stirling Council leader Gerry McGarvey has been approached for comment.
