Central FM Bauble Hunt – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is organised by Central FM & Thistles Stilring

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 16 years or older.

• Competition is open to residents within the Central FM transmission area.

• Employees of Central FM, Thistles Stirling, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Each day this week, a Central FM Bauble will be hidden somewhere inside Thistles Shopping Centre, Stirling.

• To enter, participants must:

  1. Locate the bauble,

  2. Take a clear photograph of it,

  3. Send the image along with their name and postcode via WhatsApp to 0330 838 1031.

• Entries must be submitted before 5:00pm each day.

4. Competition Launch & Draws

• A new Bauble Hunt clue is launched each morning at 9:00am on Wake Up with Brad & Shaz.

• One winner will be selected each day at 5:00pm from all valid entries received for that day's hunt.

• Entries do not roll over to subsequent days.

5. Prize

• Each daily winner will receive a £200 voucher to spend at a retailer within Thistles Stirling.

• Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

• Central FM and Thistles Stirling are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers once issued.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone using the number provided at entry.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Central FM reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Entry Rules

• Only one entry per person, per day, is permitted.

• The photograph must be taken by the entrant and must clearly show the Central FM Bauble located within Thistles Stirling.

• Central FM reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, unclear or suspected to be fraudulent.

8. Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree that Central FM may use their name, postcode, and contact number for the purposes of administering the competition.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with Central FM’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

• Entrants take part at their own risk.

• Central FM and Thistles Stirling accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage incurred while participating in the bauble hunt.

10. General Terms

• Central FM reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

• By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
