Strathcarron Hospice

Ladies have you been to a special occasion like a wedding, a ball or even just another fancy lunch.?

Have you got that gorgeous dress tucked away and would love to wear it again!?

Brides how much did you enjoy wearing your wedding gown and have never had the opportunity to wear it again? What about your bridesmaids’ and mother of the bride/grooms? Are their stunning outfits lying in the back of the wardrobe? 

It’s time to dust them down and bring them back to life.. Join us for the Redress to Impress Lunch and help us raise much needed funds for Strathcarron Hospice. You can pull out all the stops and be as glamourous as you like!

We’ll be entertained by the fabulous Gina McKie and then we’ll be dancing the afternoon away with the fabulous Dionne Hickey, selling all her classics. We’ll finish off with dancing with resident DJ Gordon who’ll be playing all the hits through the decades.

Strathcarron Hospice need to raise nearly £15,000 each day to be able to offer their many services from inpatient care to patients and families,  to supporting patients in the community and their families.  To the many other services they offer from Living with cancer and Lymphoedema clinics and to families with their bereavement counselling.

As an independent hospice, Strathcarron need to raise over £12,900 a day to keep the vital services running. With many fundraising events still cancelled, and this worrying trend set to continue, your financial support has never been more vital in keeping services open.

Strathcarron Hospice is so grateful for all the support of the Central FM listeners.  Together we have raised nearly £400,000 for the hospice throughout the pandemic but they still need more to survive.  Strathcarron Hospice could not provide their Hospice services without your support; any donations no matter how big or small would be gratefully received and you will have a huge impact on the lives of so many people.

• £10 could pay for a hand or foot massage for one patient, helping to relieve pain and reduce anxiety
• £20 Could cover one hour of Nursing Care at Strathcarron Hospice
• £50 Could cover the cost of a session of Children's Bereavement Support
