An 81-year-old man has been taken to hospital after a serious crash in Alloa.
Emergency services were called to Clackmannan Road at around 10:35am yesterday.
The road was closed for more than four hours after the incident.
Police believe the crash was caused by one of the drivers becoming unwell.
Sergeant Vincent Lynch said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash and has not already spoken to officers to come forward.
“Enquiries are ongoing into the cause of the crash, however, one line of enquiry is that one of the drivers had taken ill.
“We would ask anyone with dash-cam footage to review this and see if it has captured anything that could assist with our investigation.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1138 of 6 November, 2025.
