A 21-year-old man is appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court, charged with attempted murder.
It's after an incident in Grangemouth on Sunday morning.
A 41 year old man was found seriously injured on Kersiebank Avenue - he was taken to hospital for treatment.
The suspect has been arrested and charged.
