Call for action for Tillicoultry RAAC residents

The UK RAAC Campaign Group is meeting Scottish Government officials today.

They are calling action for affected homeowners in Tillicoultry.

People in 30 properties have been out of their homes for more than two years after the potentially dangerous concrete was discovered.

The group's calling for fairness and consistency.

A petition has also been presented at Westminter by Alloa and Grangemouth MP Brian Leishman.

Speaking when the meeting was first announced, Wilson Chowdhry, Chairman, UK RAAC Campaign Group said:
"This meeting is a crucial step, but it cannot replace decisive action. Homeowners across Scotland have waited far too long for fairness, security, and accountability. We will hold the government to its responsibility — delay is no longer acceptable."
