A man has been taken to hospital after a major search in a river near Bridge of Allan.
Emergency services - including a Coastguard helicopter - were called out due to concern for people at Allan Water just after 2pm yesterday.
One man sustained injuries, and was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
Police say everybody else has been traced, and is safe.
Police Scotland say:
“Around 2.05pm on Thursday, 7 August, 2025, we were called to Allan Water near Allanvale and Fountain Road, Bridge of Allan following a report of concern for people in the water.
“Emergency services attended and carried out a search of the area.
“Following enquiries, everyone was traced safe and accounted for.
“One man was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital for treatment.”
