People in Falkirk are being asked for their views on plans to sell off council sites.
Councillors have approved plans to transfer 133 buildings - including all local community centres and sports pavilions.
Transfers will take place over the next three or four years.
The local authority's aiming to bridge a funding gap of £69 million by 2027.
A public consultation's now open - and will run until 20th January.
Falkirk Council say:
"The Council does not have the resources to continue to operate from all the buildings that it currently does, so it needs do things differently.
Our ambition is to have a smaller number of better maintained, modern buildings that are reliable, energy efficient, affordable and better meet the needs of communities.
We know that community ownership ensures local people have control over the buildings and spaces that have significance to them, and that these spaces are used in ways that meet the priorities and needs of the local community.
To assist the community to take on buildings, a £6m fund will be set up that could be used to invest in improvements such as roof works, windows and new boilers etc. It could also be used for energy efficiency works and other improvements to enable a successful asset transfer or alternative delivery model. In addition, professional and technical support will also be available."
