New data shows a rise in the amount of money spent repairing potholes across Falkirk.
Figures from a Freedom of Information request by Central FM News shows over £900,000 was spent repairing potholes in the year to November.
That's £120,000 more than the previous 12 months.
1,305 potholes were reported across the Falkirk Council area between November 2024 and October this year.
More than 4,700 were recorded in 2023/24.
The response from Falkirk Council to the Central FM News Freedom of Information request reads:

- How much was spent repairing potholes between 2023/24 - £780,285.45
- How many potholes were reported across the Falkirk Council area between 1st November 2024 and 31st October 2025? - 1305
- How much was spent repairing potholes between 2024/25 - £903,901.58
