A fatal accident inquiry begins today, after two young people took their own lives at a Forth Valley prison.
Katie Allan and William Lindsay died in separate incidents in 2018 at Polmont Young Offenders Institution.
Their families have been waiting five years for an inquiry.
It comes amid calls for Crown immunity to be lifted, to allow for potential prosecutions.
The inquiry, at Falkirk Sheriff Court, is expected to last for around six weeks.
