Two men are are appearing in court today, after a death in Grangemouth.
Police were called to a flat on Paris Street in the early hours of Friday morning
A 56-year-old man was pronounced dead.
The death is deemed unexplained but the pair are charged with assault.
A police spokesperson said: "The death is being treated as unexplained and his next of kin has been informed.
"A post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course and inquiries are continuing."
