Pedestrian seriously injured after Alloa incident

A pedestrian has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Alloa.

The incident happened on Stirling Road on Saturday evening.

Police have confirmed a 41-year-old man was rushed to Forth Valley Royal.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact police by calling 101.

A Police Scotland statement says:

"Road policing officers are appealing for information following a crash in Alloa.

Around 8.30pm on Saturday, 21 February, 2026, we received a report of a crash involving a white Dacia Sandero, blue Ford Focus and a pedestrian on Stirling Road (A907), Alloa.

Emergency services attended and a 41-year-old male pedestrian was taken to Forth Valley Hospital. Medical staff describe his condition as serious.

The drivers of both vehicles were uninjured.

Sergeant Chris Bright said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the crash, and I am appealing to anyone who has information to come forward.

“If anyone saw a blue Ford Focus or a white Dacia Sandero in the area around the time of the crash, please contact us.

“I would also urge anyone who has dash-cam or personal footage to please review it and get in touch if there is anything that may be relevant.”
