Asiyah and Jawad recently received the highest honour at the Scottish Grocer Awards 2024. The couple rose to global fame for their selfless efforts during the Covid pandemic, providing critical support to NHS workers and their community.
Their generosity included donating £35,000 worth of equipment to the local hospital. Their dedication didn’t stop there - they’ve continued to give back by offering free hot meals to the homeless and those in financial hardship.
Earlier this year, their outstanding community work was recognised by King Charles himself during his visit to Holyrood for the Scottish Parliament’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
