
Central FM – 2026 Cash Kick Start
Promoter
The promoter is Central FM (hereafter “the Promoter”).
Eligibility
The competition is open to Forth Valley residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, Frasers of Falkirk, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, including their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entry is via online registration at centralfm.co.uk/kickstart.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
No purchase is necessary.
Competition Mechanic
Entrants must listen to Central FM during Breakfast and Drive for the Song Signal of the Day.
After the Song Signal plays, Central FM may attempt to contact a registered entrant by telephone.
The selected entrant must call the studio back within 2 minutes and 6 seconds of the call being made.
Failure to call back within the stated time will result in disqualification and another entrant may be selected.
Final Draw
Entrants who successfully call back within the allocated time will be entered into a final draw.
The final draw will take place live on air on Friday 30th January 2026.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid finalists.
Prize
The prize is £2026 (two thousand and twenty-six pounds) cash.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is available.
The prize will be paid by bank transfer or cheque within a reasonable timeframe following winner verification.
Winner Notification & Publicity
The winner will be announced live on Central FM.
By entering, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the competition without further payment.
Entry Period
The competition will run throughout January 2026.
Exact on-air play times are determined by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Ofcom Compliance
This competition is conducted in accordance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code and all applicable UK laws. The Promoter will ensure the competition is conducted fairly, transparently, and without misleading listeners.
Fair Conduct & Transparency
Central FM will clearly communicate all material terms, including entry method, eligibility, prize details, call-back timing, and closing date, both on-air and online. All draws and selections will be conducted fairly.
Call Charges
Calls to Central FM studio numbers will be charged at standard network rates. No premium rate services are used in connection with this competition.
Skill and Chance
The competition involves a combination of chance and listener participation. No unreasonable skill is required to enter or win.
Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
Failed, delayed, or incomplete telephone connections
Network or signal failures
Incorrect or incomplete contact details supplied by entrants
Any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control
Such issues will not invalidate the competition or entitle entrants to compensation.
Listener Responsibility & Safety
It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure they are able to answer or return calls safely. Listeners must not use a mobile phone while driving. Central FM encourages compliance with all road safety laws.
Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify the eligibility, identity, and age of any entrant or winner
Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or acts in a way that undermines the fairness or integrity of the competition
Data Protection
Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with Central FM’s Privacy Policy.
General
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
