Falkirk Town Hall could be demolished - as a report says it's continuing to deteriorate.
Councillors are meeting today to discuss plans to knock down the venue.
A report says refurbishing the site is "not considered best value".
It also says parts of the Town Hall are reaching the end of their "serviceable lifespan".
The venue could be closed as soon as the end of this year - after the panto season finishes.
