Nearly 200 council-owned properties across the Forth Valley have been vacant over the last two years.
Figures from the Taxpayers' Alliance shows 194 properties in Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire have been empty at some point since 2022.
It includes 113 in Falkirk - one of the highest figures recorded across the UK.
The data includes a number of vacancies at Charlotte Dundas Court.
60 vacant buildings were recorded in Stirling - with 21 in Clackmannanshire.
25 of the empty Stirling buildings are at the disused MOD site at Forthside.
It is to be transformed, after Stirling Council approved plans to regenerate the area.
