The future of Stirling Council is to be made clearer later - as the local authority meets for the first time since the election.
The council is to elect a leader and depute leader this morning.
Stirling Labour have already said they're aiming to run a minority administration at Viewforth.
In a statement, the party say there is "common ground" with other parties on a number of separate issues.
The SNP won the most seats at the election - and have called any potential Labour-Tory deal "grubby".
