A memorial is being held this weekend for a 16-year-old boy who died near Callander.
Charlie Noble, who was a pupil at Denny High School, passed away at Bracklinn Falls last Thursday.
Family and friends will release red, white and blue balloons at the Gala Park in Dunipace on Saturday at 5pm.
A statement on social media, with details of the tribute, reads:
"Good afternoon everyone.
With kind permission from Charlie's family, we are posting to help more people see plans for the gathering this Saturday at 5pm to release balloons to remember a very well loved young man.
This will take place in the gala park (top pitch)
It's in such heartbreaking times that you realise just how amazing our wee community is ??
Sending so much love and strength to Charlie's family"
Paul Dunn, head teacher at Denny High School, said: "We are heartbroken at the loss of one of our much-loved pupils following a tragic accident at Bracklinn Falls.
"Charlie was a highly-valued member of our school community and was held in great affection by so many pupils, staff and in the wider community.
"Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family and friends at this distressing time."
"This is an incredibly challenging time for our whole school community, and the impact of this loss is deeply felt, and he will be sorely missed by staff and pupils.
"We have put in appropriate support for our pupils and staff as we come to terms with this tragic loss."
