Falkirk Council is inviting members of the public to attend meetings, on the future of more than 130 council buildings.
The council will be asking residents if they would be willing to take on responsibility for the facilities.
The local authority is trying to plug a funding gap of around £67 million over the next four years.
In person meetings are being held this month, with an online event at the end of January.
