Competition Terms & Conditions – TCL 65" 4K Ultra HD QLED TV Giveaway

1. Promoter
   This competition is organised by Central FM ("the Promoter").

2. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a TCL 65-inch 4K Ultra High Definition QLED Television.

   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

3. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to residents of the Forth Valley area aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of Central FM, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter.
4. Competition Period
   • Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm (23:59) on 11 June 2026.
   • Entries received after this time will not be included.
5. How to Enter
   • Participants must correctly answer the competition question provided.
   • Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the prize draw.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter.
6. Winner Selection
   • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that correctly answer the competition question.
   • The winner will be announced on air on Friday 12 June 2026.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Collection
   • The winner's details will be passed to Hugh for prize administration purposes.
   • The winner will be contacted with instructions regarding prize collection.
   • The winner must contact McMichaels to arrange collection of the television.
   • The prize will be available for collection from McMichaels in Alloa.
8. Publicity
   • The winner may be invited to pose for a photograph when collecting the prize from McMichaels.
   • Any photograph will only be taken and used with the winner's consent.
9. Data Protection
   • Personal information provided as part of the competition will be used by Central FM solely for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment.
   • Entrants who have provided consent on the competition entry form agree that, if selected as the winner, their contact details may be shared with Hugh and McMichaels Alloa for the purposes of prize administration and arranging collection of the television.
   • Entrants who do not provide such consent will not have their details shared with McMichaels Alloa.
10. General
    • Central FM reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    • Central FM's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
    • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
