Grangemouth Stadium could close by 2025 - unless new funding is found.
A report says the stadium is scheduled to close in April 2025, unless a regional or national body steps in with financial support.
The venue is one of more than 100 being earmarked for closure by Falkirk Council.
Polmonthill Ski Centre and Stenhousemuir Gym will also be sold, or shut down.
The local authority will debate the plans on Wednesday.
A Falkirk Council report says:
"The review of property has identified that we have too much property that it is expensive, many are in poor condition, under-utilised, not energy efficient and not fully suitable for modern service delivery. We need to address these challenges and do so at pace."
"The extensive Community engagement undertaken has enabled the identification of opportunities for community asset transfer and alternative delivery models. In addition, groups or persons who may have a protected characteristic and may be disproportionately affected should buildings close been identified and appropriate mitigation measures outlined."
